Registration | Telluride Science

Thank you for your interest in the TSRC workshops. There are five short easy sections required for registration and all must be completed in full for your registration to be complete:

Workshop Choice - Please select one workshop (If you are registering for multiple workshops, you will need to complete the registration system separately for each workshop. However, TSRC will make sure you stay in the same accommodation for your entire stay.)
Lodging & Roommate Information - You will be asked to make a first and second choice of lodging. You will be provided with an estimated total of the lodging cost at the time of registration. However, we will not charge your credit card until we have confirmed your lodging reservation with the lodging provider. You may return to this website at any time to review the status of your registration and print your confirmation and receipt. Please review lodging information prior to beginning registration. If you are rooming with someone else, you will be asked to indicate who in your group is the "head roommate." That person will choose lodging for the entire group. NOTE: The head roommate must register first, before his or her roommates register.
Participant Information - This section asks for your contact information, including email address. Please make a note of what email address you use to register. Your email address becomes your key to viewing your lodging confirmation and obtaining your receipt.
Other Information - Please indicate any family members accompanying you to Telluride. Family members are invited to our weekly picnics, Town Talks, and other pertinent events.
Payment Information - Credit card information is required to register and make lodging reservations. However, you have the option to select another method of payment, such as payment by check or wire transfer. If you pay by check and TSRC receives that check by March 31, you will receive a 3% discount in lodging. If you choose to pay by wire transfer, a $50 additional fee will be assessed. Please note that if we do not receive "other" payment by the payment deadline date for your workshop, your credit card will be billed.
