Receipts & Confirmations

Here you may review your registration status and print your invoice/receipt.

If paying by credit card, please note: There is a lag-time of up to a month between the time you register and the time your lodging is confirmed, and a lag-time between lodging confirmation and credit card processing. Once your card has been processed by TSRC, this page becomes your "receipt." 

If paying by check or wire transfer, please note: There is a lag-time of up to a month between the time you register and the time your lodging is confirmed.  Once lodging is confirmed, this page becomes your "invoice" and payment is due to TSRC. Once TSRC receives payment, this page becomes your "receipt."

Please note, this system gives real-time information. Your reservation information may show up while it is still in process, and lodging costs may not yet been split among roommmates, etc. If you have any questions, please contact TSRC at info@telluridescience.org.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payment by Credit Card

Credit cards are not processed at time of registration, nor are they "automatice." The director of TSRC processes each transaction with care. You will see the TSRC charges on your credit card statement within some days or weeks after registration.

Payment by Wire Transfer

If you selected Wire Transfer as your method of payment when you registered, A $50 fee will be added to your total charges and will appear on your receipt. Please contact TSRC at info@telluridescience.org for wire transfer instructions or by calling Nana at 970-708-0004.
