TSRC is now catering lunches and dinner parties for our scientists, providing the best value available in town. Our experienced staff will ensure that each meal is delicious, satisfying, and enjoyable. Buying from local producers is our first priority, whether artisan baked goods, local eggs, farmer's market produce, or meat from local ranchers. Our second priority is buying organically raised produce, and hormone free meats and eggs. Third, when serving seafood, we only serve wild caught.
