CONDOS

Alpine Lodging is one of the largest locally owned management companies providing a wide range of premier-to-basic housing including condos and houses all over Telluride and Mountain Village. You can find one-bedroom condos to five bedroom houses, each with a fully functional kitchen. Maid service comes only once a week. Weekly rates (starting at $735) and nightly rates (starting at $120) per unit.

Telluride Lodge is a large condo development that is located across the street from TSRC. These privately-owned units range from humble ski pads to newly remodeled luxury condos, each with a full kitchen. There is a hot tub spa on the property. The grassy area of this property is the location of TSRC's Thursday night picnic. Maid service is weekly only. Weekly rates (starting at $785) and nightly rates (starting at $140) per unit.

Mountainside Inn is across the river and to the south of Telluride Lodge, still near the TSRC meeting site. Accommodations include basic studio style rooms with kitchenettes and well-appointed one bedroom suites. Maid service every other day. Weekly rates (starting at $690) and nightly rates (starting at $105) per unit.

HOTELS

Camel’s Garden Hotel is a modern, newly-remodeled, luxury hotel, now offering room- service. There is a private balcony off each room and a cozy fireplace. Stay includes daily maid service and the use of their spa, a 25' Jacuzzi pool, steam room and, sauna. Camel’s Garden is conveniently located at the base of the gondola in Telluride and is a ten minute walk to the TSRC summer headquarters at the school. Meetings are sometimes held here, making it a great place to stay and meet, all in one. Nightly rates only, starting at $160 per unit.

Ice House Lodge, next door to the Camel’s Garden is a 22-room lodge adjoined by 16 two-and three-bedroom condominiums with fully-equipped kitchens. Offering daily maid service, daily continental breakfast, and swimming pool, the Ice House is a deluxe choice. It is about ten minnutes from the summer TSRC headquarters at the Intermediate school or a minute's walk to Camel's Garden where winter meetings are held. Nightly rates only, starting at $160 per unit.

The New Sheridan Hotel is a new lodging provider for TSRC. After an eight million dollar, total renovation, Telluride's historic hotel located on Main Street blends authentic with high tech and luxurious amenities like cashmere throws, flat screen TVs, wireless access, dreamy beds, modern bathrooms, and more. The rooms are stunningly beautiful, designed by famous interior designer Nina Campbell, appointed with style, yet homey. With two restaurants and two bars, you may miss your meetings. Nightly rates only, starting at $155, per unit. Request a unit in the back or “without a view” for a quiet night.

The San Sophia is a homey, clean, bed & breakfast in Telluride. Warm and friendly staff, a large wonderful hot breakfast and cozy accommodations make this a comfortable choice. San Sophia is one block from the base of the gondola and ten minutes away from TSRC. (San Sophia properties are typically only offered during peak weeks, but contact Nana if this is you first choice and she can arrange lodging for you here.)

TELLURIDE'S MOUNTAIN VILLAGE

Bear Creek Lodge offers grand, luxury condominiums in the Mountain Village – about 25 minute gondola ride from the town of Telluride. The main lodge has a swimming pool and many hot tubs. This is your stop for palatial, beautiful living areas. You can get a lot for your money here, especially in large groups the summer months. (Bear Creek properties are typically only offered if your meeting is held in the Conference Center in Mountain Village, but contact Nana if this is you first choice and she can arrange lodging for you here.)

MONTROSE

Sometimes it becomes necessary to spend a night in Montrose, due to travel logistics, bad weather, or because popular festivals in Telluride steal all the rooms.

TSRC highly recommends The Hampton Inn located at 1980 N. Townsend Avenue, next to the Montrose Regional Airport on Hwy. 50. This hotel is beautifully appointed and has superb service.
