GROUP RESTAURANT MEALS

TSRC and our organizers have discovered that group meals are a way to enhance the Telluride experience for all your paticipants.

TSRC has arranged for the best meals at the best prices at the best places for our scientists and their families.

Organizers should contact Nana by email or phone (970-708-0004) to make arrangements in advance. TSRC collects payment from each guest, unless the organizer wishes to raise corporate or other support to cover the costs.

All meal prices are tax exempt and include tip on food. Drinks are not included in the price and are billed individually with tip added.

LA COCINA DE LUZ, 123 East Colorado Avenue, Telluride

La Concina (aka "Lucas's") is a perennial favorite among locals. Served up lots of love and care, Lucas's food is the best local, organic produce and meats available. The vibe is casual, friendly, and lively. The restaurant will set up one long table, either outside on the patio or inside if the weather is inclement. Everything is made in-house, and his salsas are divine. No one leaves hungry. Everyone leaves happy. Try the margaritas. Yummy. Importantly, for this event, La Cocina will provide a server for your group. This is ideal because normally, people have to wait in a long line at the register to place their order and pay. This is not a system conducive to lively group conversations and it takes a lot more time. So if you want a full meal with options and want table service for your group booking through TSRC is the way to go.

Cosmo offers seating for TSRC participants and quests in their private wine cellar, so you can make a ruckus, if you desire. It's good for roastings and birthday parties, if speeches are in order. Maximum seating is 24 people.
