On busy TSRC days, especially Mondays, you should consider arranging lunch at our meeting site. TSRC's experienced staff can provide your group with an excellent on-site lunch at a price unbeatable in town for the quality and taste. This gives your participants more time to mingle and discuss science. All recipes have been tested, proven, and are delicious!

All menus are priced at $15 per person. TSRC will bill each participant for their meals, unless as the organizer, you choose to raise outside funds to cover meal costs. There is no tipping and no tax.
Buying from local producers is our first priority, whether artisan baked goods, local eggs, farmer's market produce, or meat from local ranchers. Our second priority is buying organically raised produce and hormone free meats and eggs.
We always keep an eye out for the freshest ingredients from the local farmer's market, so menus may change. And if there is something you want on the menu that you do not see, just let us know so we can provide it for you.
