PRIVATE CATERED APPETIZER RECEPTIONS

TSRC staff is happy to host a relaxed, fun reception for your workshop Sundays, Mondays, or Wednesdays 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm. It is best to make arrangements weeks in advance by contacting Rory Sullivan by email or phone at 970-708-4542.

Price includes:

Private catered party by the friendly TSRC Staff, Delicious Food, Open Bar of Micro Brewed Beer and Sophisticated Wine, plus Soft Drinks

Receptions will be held in a local home with lovely yard and deck or at Camel's Garden Hotel or at Bear Creek Lodge in Mountain Village

$30 per adult

$15 per person 12-years-old - 20-years-old

Free Kids under 12-years-old

Bruschetta Trifecta

Crusty pieces of locally baked Cindy bread topped with a) Seven Meadows Farm Heirloom tomatoes, basil, garlic and olive oil, b) leek confit and goat cheese, and c) roasted peppers with chipotle and fresh ricotta cheese

Charcuterie Plate

Assorted smoked meats and sausages, roasted peppers, artisanal cheeses, olives and roasted garlic

Fresh Vegetables and Pita Bread with Homemade Dips

Fresh seasonal vegetables (local when available) and toasted Pita triangles with house made dips such as hummus and spinach artichoke
