ACTC CONFERENCE SCHEDULE

GENERAL INFO

On-site check-in and registration begins Sunday evening, from 5:00 - 8:00 pm July 17, 2011, in the lobby of the Palm Theatre, located at 721 West Colorado Avenue in Telluride. For those unable to check-in on Sunday, Monday morning check-in and registration will resume at 7:00 am at the same location.

All talks will be held at the Palm Theatre beginning Monday morning, July 18, at 9:00 am. The program concludes Friday July 22 at noon.

Check for a more detailed schedule as time nears the meeting date.

Some details are set for now. Breakfast will be served Monday & Friday mornings only from 7:30 – 8:45 am just outside the Palm Theatre on a grassy field in the open air under tents.

Poster sessions will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday at the nearby Telluride Elementary Gym.

On Thursday night, a party will be thrown for all participants and their families after the afternoon session. The party is free for ACTC registrants and speakers, and includes dinner, soft drinks, beer, and wine. Family members are invited for a reasonable fee.

Friday morning is the final session. Breakfast will be available. ACTC ends at noon on July 22, 2011.
