Dates:

Plan to arrive on Saturday July 16, 2011 or Sunday July 17, 2011. It is best to depart on Saturday July 23 so not to miss Friday’s morning session.

Important Financial information:

• Early Payment Required — TSRC has negotiated discounted lodging rates for our participants. We are able to offer these tax-free, discounted rates only by reserving and paying for blocks of rooms in advance. Consequently within some weeks of your registration, if paying by credit card, your card will be processed for payment of lodging and registration fee in full. Payment deadline for ACTC is April 30, 2011. Please note that if we do not receive “other” payment by the payment deadline date for your workshop, your credit card will be billed.
• Early-Bird Special — Early-bird rates have been extended. All current prices quoted are early-bird rates.
• Refund Policies — TSRC can only guarantee refunds on cancellations or changes to lodging reservations prior to the "cancellation deadline" date of May 1, 2011. If you must cancel after the cancellation date, we will request a refund from the lodging provider, but they will generally only grant a refund if they are able to re-book the room and may charge a cancellation fee. The registration fee is never refundable after the cancellation date. Changes involving any refunds after the cancellation date will incur a $25 admin fee and other fees associated with credit card charges. Take our traveler's insurance if you fear you may have to cancel with short notice. TSRC is not responsible when refunds are impossible.
• Travel Insurance — Since TSRC cannot guarantee refunds, it is advisable that you take out travel insurance to cover the cost of lodging and registration, should you need to cancel after the deadline. TSRC does not sell this insurance. Please contact your own insurance agent to purchase travel insurance. This is especially critical if you are sharing lodging with other TSRC participants.

Registration requires a few easy steps:

• Workshop Information — Please select the radio button that bests fits your needs. One is for private accommodations (more $$$) and the second is for shared accommodations (the most economical choice).
• Lodging & Roommate Information — For students, this section is easy. Select a shared room or private room in a shared condo. Note any specific names of people you would like to room with in the comment box. For people selecting private accommodations, Please review the lodging information prior to beginning registration. Please note that while TRSC cannot guarantee refunds after the cancellation date has passed, hotels provide the maximum flexibility for last minute scheduling changes. Condos are much less flexible.
• Participant Information — This section asks for your contact information, including email address. Please make a note of what email address you use to register. Your email address becomes your key to viewing your lodging confirmation and obtaining your receipt. Also, please include your cell phone number if you will be bringing it with you to the workshop or conference.
• Diversity Information — TSRC is committed to diversity. Information requested of you in this section will be kept anonymous. Thank you in advance for helping us aim higher, by gathering necessary information to map progress.
• Other Information — Please indicate any family members accompanying you to Telluride. This information helps TSRC tract our economic impact on Telluride.
• Payment Information — Credit card information is required at the time of registration. However, you have the option to select another method of payment, such as payment by check or wire transfer. If you choose to pay by wire transfer, a $50 additional fee will be assessed. Please note that if we do not receive "other" payment by the payment deadline date for your workshop, your credit card will be billed. If paying by credit card, please note that we will not charge your credit card until we have confirmed your lodging reservation with the lodging provider. This can take days or weeks. You will be provided with an estimated total of the lodging cost at the time of registration. If your payment cannot be processed by the payment deadline, your lodging and registration will be cancelled.
