Accessing your invoice/receipt online

You may review your registration status and print your invoice/receipt by entering your email address below and hitting "Submit Query."

Please note, this system gives real-time information. Your reservation information may show up while it is still in process, and lodging costs may not yet been split among roommmates, etc. If you have any questions, please contact TSRC at info@telluridescience.org.

If paying by credit card, please note: There is a lag-time of up to a month between the time you register and the time your lodging is confirmed, and a lag-time between lodging confirmation and credit card processing. Once your card has been processed by TSRC, this page becomes your "receipt."

If paying by check or wire transfer, please note: There is a lag-time of up to a month between the time you register and the time your lodging is confirmed. Once lodging is confirmed, this page becomes your "invoice" and payment is due to TSRC. Once TSRC receives payment, this page becomes your "receipt." Please be conscious of when payment is due. Typically, payment for summer workshops is due May 1st, and payment for winter workshops is typically due by December 15th.

GENERAL PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payment by Credit Card: Credit cards are not processed at time of registration, nor are they "automatic." The director of TSRC processes each transaction with care. You will see the TSRC charges on your credit card statement within some days or weeks after registration.

Payment by Wire Transfer: If you selected Wire Transfer as your method of payment when you registered, a $50 fee will be added to your total charges and will appear on your receipt. Please contact TSRC at info@telluridescience.org for wire transfer instructions or by calling Nana at 970-708-0004.

Refund Policies - TSRC guarantees refunds on registration and lodging prior to the "cancellation date" of each workshop with no associated fees. If your workshop starts in June, the cancellation date is March 1st. If your workshop starts in July, your cancellation date is April 1st. If you workshop starts in August, you cancellation date is May 1st. If you must cancel after the cancellation date, we will request a refund from the lodging provider, but they will generally only grant a refund if they are able to re-book the room and may charge a cancellation fee. The workshop fee is never refundable after the cancellation date. Changes involving any refunds after the cancellation date will incur a $25 admin fee. Take out traveller's insurance if you fear you may have to cancel with short notice. TSRC is not responsible when refunds are impossible.
