New Scholarship for historically under-represented groups in theoretical chemistry
ACTC announces a scholarship to encourage women and other historically under-represented groups in the area of theoretical chemistry to register for the 2011 ACTC meeting held in Telluride July 17th - July 22nd. The scholarship amount of $100 will defray part of the cost of registration.

This scholarship is for new registrants only and for those who have not already received an ACTC scholarship. While not a large sum of money per participant, this scholarship is intended to reach as many scientists — graduate students, faculty, postdoctoral and professional researchers — as possible. The applicant should simply register and enter into the comment field on the Lodging Page the code “2011ACTC100.” The ACTC registration process has a diversity page and this must be filled out by the applicant.

If the applicant has any questions, they should contact Rory Sullivan, the ACTC facilitator from the Telluride Science Research Center at rory@telluridescience.org before registering. He can also be reached at 970-708-4542.

(Please note that at time of registration, the full cost will appear. Credit cards are not charged automatically. The scholarship amount of $100 will be applied before processing payment.)
